My job is to equip you with tools you need to begin your fitness journey, or enhance your existing routine. I’m Kay, and I am a Level 3 Qualified personal trainer with experience in running successful boot camps and fitness programmes in the North West.
I want to break the conventional gym methods to make your training sessions enjoyable and successful, helping you to achieve your own personal goals. Everyone dreams of having fun whilst training, and for it not to feel like a chore. I am passionate about fitness, nutrition and people, and I am sure to give you the motivation you need from the beginning. My friendly personal training sessions will leave you full of accomplishment, feeling confident in your own skin and in a gym setting.
If you look at my instagram, you may have also seen classes I run - the first course of bootee farm has been more then I could have imagined. It is a 6 week course with a mix of lower body, circuits and hiit all in one class...with the lights down and music up!
