Aidan BrownHello, I'm Aidan. I first started my fitness journey back in 2016, and I started as I wanted to look good for a holiday I had coming up in the summer. My training consisted of just going into the gym and doing a bit of everything, bench press, bicep curls, tricep dips, you name it. I had no plan, no form of progression, just going in and doing a what I felt like that day. I was also lacking the calories & macronutrients needed to supply my body with the nutrients it needs to grow muscle, no structure to my eating, and eating what I please with no care in the world.

As you can probably guess this isn’t the best way to go about things if you want results. However, I didn’t realise this until a whole 2 years of lifting, and getting mediocre gains. When you first start your lifting journey, your body is so sensitive to growth, that it’s a big window of opportunity, and getting a personal trainer in this time to educate you about training and nutrition, as well as teach proper technique can boost your results ten fold.

I educate, motivate and get results for each of my clients, making sure I put them first to get them to where they want to be. I do this by creating an evolving resistance training program based on your goals and the most up to date scientific literature, as well as a customised nutritional plan to make sure you are healthy and progressing in the most ideal condition possible.

My aim as a trainer is to keep on learning, advance my knowledge, and develop my coaching skills to make sure I get better and better. I pride myself on my client centred coaching, science guided training & nutrition, and the ability to form long lasting relationships with each of my clients.
