Heidi ReadingHi, my name’s Heidi. I’m 25 and I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and an L2 & L3 qualified trainer.

My health & fitness journey started around three years ago when I was suffering from severe depression and anxiety disorder. After copious amounts of medication and therapy, I quickly began to realise that unfortunately it wasn’t working for me and I was left with a daunting feeling that I was out of options. That was until I picked up my first weight and little did I know it would change my life forever.

I'm now medication-free and a HUGE advocate on exercising to better your mental health as well as overall health. My main goal is to assist people with the correct tools to create a happy space to live in... THEIR BODY!

Being diagnosed with a chronic illness at the age of 22, you quickly realise how important your health truly is. It’s something we all should be prioritising, chronic illness or not.

Whether your goal is fat loss, leaning up, building strength or improving your mental health through exercise, I can assure you, you’re in the right hands. The gym can be an intimidating place but everybody has the right to be there. I want to help people build their confidence in a gym environment, whilst also building confidence in their own body and in themselves. If you need guidance and help with reaching your goals, we can do this together!
