6 Week KO Bootcamp Course

Hello, I am Danny Alcock! KO bootcamps is my 6 week all level educational, progressive, strength and conditioning Bootcamp Course.

During the 6 weeks my main focus will be the balance of weekly fitness that your body needs such as :

1️⃣STRENGTH/RESISTANCE TRAINING
2️⃣CARDIO/CONDITIONING TRAINING
3️⃣MOBILITY/STRETCH TRAINING
4️⃣80/20 NUTRITIONAL BALANCE

Each week spread over the 3 early sessions a week we will be going through ALL of the 4️⃣above ☝️☝️through its OWN CLASS FOCUS such as :
Weights Classes 💪
Kombat Classes 👊
Boxing Classes 🥊
Kettlebell Classes
Body weight HIIT Classes 😰
Circuit Classes 🥵
Abs/core Classes 🤗
resistance classes 🦾
And more ........... 😎
