After 3 years of studying Accountancy at university, the stark realisation of a 9-5 life behind an office desk dawned on me. It wasn’t me, it wasn’t something that gave me enjoyment or drive. So, this year I took a leap of faith and began studying for something which I am truly passionate about and gained myself a qualification in Personal training.
For me, training is as an outlet where I can strengthen both my body and my mind. When I train, I feel empowered and that is exactly how I want my clients to feel. My goal as a personal trainer is to not only help people smash their goals, but to exceed them. I curate tailored programmes to each individual, promoting long term success and creating healthy habits.
I am a firm believer that knowledge is power, I thrive from learning and developing my skills for personal growth but also, so I can add value to my clients health and fitness journey and provide the best possible service.
