How to use the Prime chest supported row

Muscle Groups: Back

The chest supported row primarily works and builds the muscles of the upper and mid-back, including the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, and rear deltoids.

With prime equipment, you've got three positions where you can load the weight. At the top it's going to be harder in the stretch position, in the middle - mid range, at the bottom it's going to be harder at the top part of the movement. Before you start, make sure the seat is setup right. The chest pad is in the right position - making sure that the top of the pad is in your sternum. The chest pad you can move it back and forward depending how long your arms are and how much you want to stretch forward.

Pull the handles, sitting up straight, in a controlled movement. You can use this machine single arm or duel arm.
