How to use the Single Arm Lever Row

Muscle Groups: Back

The Single Arm Lever Row works across your back muscles including your trapezius (traps), latissimus dorsi (lats), rhomboids and deltoids.

The single-arm lever row is a great way to target muscles above. It is a unilateral exercise, which means that it works one side of the body at a time. This can help to improve muscle balance and prevent injuries.

First, this is a plate loaded machine so add an appropriate weight for you. Adjust the top chest pad and seat so that both feels comfortable. Take a seat, before putting your feet down lean forward and grab the lever. Then place your feet on the metal foot rest.

Once ready, pull backwards keeping your elbow tucked in, slowly moving back to the beginning position in a continious controlled motion.
